If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.

Refunds will only cover the fees charged by Findingmyagency.com and will not include any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Client’s Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued due to a client’s change of mind or decision to discontinue a project.

Client’s Dissatisfaction with Selected Agency: Findingmyagency.com facilitates connections, and client satisfaction with the selected agency is beyond our control.

Agency’s Dissatisfaction with Client: Agencies should note that refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with the client or project outcome.
